We’re looking for a Head Chef who:

• Can lead, motivate and develop a small kitchen team
• Has solid knowledge of all back of house procedures, including:
  • HACCP & food safety
  • Stock control & ordering
  • Kitchen organisation
  • Health & safety compliance
  • Prep systems & service standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced café and events environment
  • Brings energy, positivity and professionalism every day
