We have an exciting position available for a Deputy Manager, who has an eye for detail, to join a successful team in Tunbridge Wells. Extremely popular, this gastro has not only a great atmosphere to work in, but also offers sensational food in a relaxing setting for their guests.

As the fitting Deputy Manager, you will be fair but firm and able to take on a leading role as well as being an easy-going team player. Working alongside the senior management team, you will be ensuring guests are kept happy at all times and healthy figures maintained. You should have experience in similar position with strong knowledge of how a bustling pub operates as well as good business sense.

In return, the right Deputy Manager will receive a salary of up to £26,000 plus tips, in addition to opportunities to develop and train your skills in order to progress your career.
